Please consider writing to your MP and urge him/her to support the Legal Services Bill. Any improvements will be welcome.

Attack the problem at it's roots
If nobody used the BAD lawyers then the problem would disappear overnight. Before you use ANYONE check the darklists. Do you need to take the risk with Firms or Individuals that others have had problems with? If there's smoke there is probably a fire somewhere within - try to avoid getting burnt. Report, name and shame those who give bad service (or worse) to help protect others.
